His most recent organization was built from both organic growth and strategic acquisitions to become a international $500M division – dedicated to creating brand experiences that drive action for many top organizations, such as: McDonald’s, Microsoft, Sanofi, Qualcomm, 3M, Disney and Wyndham.
A passionate author and motivational speaker, Dan brings value and energy to college campuses, corporate events and everyday life. He believes a positive vibe is essential for career growth and leading an impactful life. His success is largely due to the unique ability to listen and connect with teams to generate impactful change.
Dan applies his passion for business into his life’s activities. He is an avid cyclist, runner, cross trainer, hiker, skier, and adventurer. Dan has been blissfully married for over 30 years to his wife Laurie and together they have three “Gets It” children.

Eric has been married for 25 years to his college sweetheart, Gretchen. They have two incredible sons in college. In addition, Eric shares office space with his venerable nine-year-old pug, Buster. When not working, Eric can be found creating delicious meals and bakery treats for family and friends.
